The invention provides a bridge girder erection machine and a hole passing method of the bridge girder erection machine. The bridge girder erection machine comprises a main beam, supporting legs and a supporting leg adjusting device, the supporting legs are arranged on one side of the main beam and comprise the main supporting leg and the auxiliary supporting legs, and the auxiliary supporting legs comprise the first auxiliary supporting leg and the second auxiliary supporting leg which are arranged close to the two opposite ends of the main beam. The supporting leg adjusting device comprises a supporting leg adjusting assembly arranged at the end, away from the main beam, of the first auxiliary supporting leg and a first control unit connected with the supporting leg adjusting assembly. The supporting leg adjusting assembly comprises a supporting seat and adjusting bases located on the two opposite sides of the supporting seat, and the first control unit is used for controlling the adjusting bases to move towards the supporting face needing to be in contact in the second direction and enabling the bottoms of the adjusting bases to be attached to the supporting face needing to be in contact. Thus, through the scheme, the first auxiliary supporting leg of the bridge girder erection machine can automatically adapt to the supporting face through the supporting leg adjusting assembly on the basis of the inclination condition of the supporting face needing to be in contact so that the first auxiliary supporting leg can be stably and reliably supported.
