The transverse deviation rectifying device for incremental launching construction comprises a total station, a control system and an oil jack, one end of the oil jack is sleeved with a jack sleeve, one side of the jack sleeve is connected with a clamping sleeve in a clamped mode, a center column is welded to the upper portion of the clamping sleeve, the other end of the center column is sleeved with a half gear, and the half gear is connected with the hydraulic jack in a clamped mode. One side of the half gear is connected with a circular gear in a meshed mode, the output end of a gear motor is arranged in the center of the circular gear in a penetrating mode, the gear motor is used for driving the circular gear to rotate forwards and backwards, and the circular gear rotates to be meshed with the half gear and rotates along with the half gear. The half gear drives the jack sleeve to rotate through the connection of the central column and the clamping sleeve, so that the oil jack rotates, and the deviation rectifying work of the device on the angle deviation of the steel truss girder is achieved. The device solves the problems that traditional deviation rectifying cannot rectify the angle of a beam body, and the friction force between a deviation rectifying device and the beam body is large, so that the operation risk is increased.
