Steel corrugated plate and concrete combined and assembled open cut tunnel structure
The invention discloses a steel corrugated plate and concrete combined and assembled open cut tunnel structure which comprises a tunnel structure assembled and combined by a group of blocks (1), and the tunnel structure comprises a top sealing block (11), an arch shoulder block (12), an arch wall block (13), an arch foot block (14), a side inverted arch block (15) and a middle inverted arch block (16). In the annular direction of a tunnel, the top sealing block (11), the arch shoulder block (12) and the arch wall block (13) are sequentially connected in a lap joint mode, are integrally arranged above the road surface and are all of a steel corrugated plate concrete combined structure. The arch foot blocks (14), the side inverted arch blocks (15) and the middle inverted arch blocks (16) are also in lap joint with one another, are integrally arranged below the road surface and are of a C50 reinforced concrete structure; the arch wall block (13) and the arch foot block (14) are embedded through a mortise and tenon joint structure (4), and other blocks are connected through concrete shear keys (5). The method has the advantages that the construction cost and the construction period are remarkably reduced, and the construction speed and the overall comprehensive performance are greatly improved.
