Intelligent diagnosis and early warning method for drainage system of hydropower station
The invention discloses an intelligent diagnosis and early warning method for a drainage system of a hydropower station. The drainage system comprises four floating ball type water level switches and two water level sensors. Four floating ball type water level switches and one water level sensor are used for sending water to a drainage system local control cabinet, and the other water level sensor is used for sending water to a monitoring system; when the water level of the water collecting well rises to the water level of the main drainage pump, the water level switch of the main drainage pump is started to act, and the in-situ control cabinet automatically starts the main pump to drain water, and when the water level continues to rise to the water level of the standby drainage pump, the water level switch of the standby drainage pump is started to act, and the in-situ control cabinet automatically starts the standby pump to drain water. When the water level continues to rise to the ultrahigh alarm water level switch, the in-situ control cabinet sends a command for starting the main pump and the standby pump again, meanwhile, an alarm is given to the monitoring system, and an operator on duty is reminded to conduct on-site inspection. Abnormity of the drainage system is found early, equipment is adjusted and maintained early, and safe, reliable and stable operation of the hydropower station can be effectively improved.
一种水电站排水系统智能诊断及预警的方法,排水系统包括四个浮球式水位开关和两个水位传感器;四个浮球式水位开关和一个水位传感器送排水系统现地控制柜,另一个水位传感器送监控系统;当集水井水位上升至启主用排水泵水位时,启主用排水泵水位开关动作,现地控制柜自动启动主泵进行排水,当水位继续上升至启备用排水泵水位时,启备用排水泵水位开关动作,现地控制柜自动启动备泵进行排水,当水位继续上升至超高报警水位开关时,现地控制柜再发一次启动主泵、启备泵令,同时向监控系统报警,提醒运行值班人员现场检查。早期发现排水系统出现的异常,及早对设备进行调整、维护,能有效提高水电站安全可靠稳定运行。
