The invention discloses a microorganism grouting reinforcement device and method based on rock landslide anchor cable holes. The microorganism grouting reinforcement device mainly comprises a material storage device, an anchor cable anchoring device and a closed section pressure grouting device. The storage device comprises three groups of feeding tanks, the lower ends of the three groups of feeding tanks are connected with a pump through a discharging pipeline, and the other end of the pump is connected with a grouting pipe fitting; the closed section pressure grouting device comprises an upper expander and a lower expander, and the upper expander and the lower expander are connected through a leakage pipe; one end of the oil injection pipe is connected with the oil pump, and the other end of the oil injection pipe downwards extends into the upper expander and the lower expander and injects oil to the expansion parts of the upper expander and the lower expander; the upper end of the grouting pipe extends out of the closed section pressure grouting device, and the lower end extends into the leakage pipe. According to the microorganism grouting reinforcing device and method based on the rock landslide anchor cable hole, the overall stability of a slope body can be improved.
