The method comprises the following steps: leveling a working surface of a side slope; a net is laid and fixed through anchor rods, and the gap between the net and the working face ranges from 8 cm to 10 cm; the working face is wetted, and the matrix and the soil dressing are mixed to serve as a bottom-layer matrix to be sprayed and sown; the substrate comprises organic matters, compound fertilizers, a water-retaining agent and mellow soil; laying a three-dimensional blanket; the substrate and the seeds are uniformly mixed to serve as a surface layer to be sprayed and sown with water at the same time, and the thickness of the surface layer is 2-3 cm; covering non-woven fabric for fixing, and finally fertilizing and maintaining. The net wrapping effect of the three-dimensional blanket is used for resisting rain wash and protecting soil particles, fertilizer and plant seeds; organic substances and nutrients are provided for the soil by the matrix, so that the growth of plants is promoted; grass and shrub plants are combined to form a plate structure, so that the tensile strength and the shear strength of the protective layer are improved, and the stability of the slope surface is improved. The method is suitable for projects such as highways, river channels and landscape greening slope protection, and has high practicability and wide applicability.
