The steel sleeve is provided with a vertical inner side plate, a vertical side plate and a horizontal bottom plate, and the top and the connecting side of the steel sleeve are open; middle plate H-shaped steel is arranged in the prefabricated steel reinforced concrete combined middle plate, and the middle plate H-shaped steel is exposed on the connecting side of the prefabricated steel reinforced concrete combined middle plate to form a middle plate H-shaped steel outward extending lap joint part; the outward-extending lap joint part of the middle plate H-shaped steel is inserted into the steel sleeve from top to bottom, and high-strength concrete is poured into the steel sleeve for connection.
