An anti-falling type cable well mouth comprises a well body, the well body is divided into two sections, namely an upper-section well mouth and a lower-section well mouth, and the diameter of the upper-section well mouth is larger than that of the lower-section well mouth; the fixed ring is fixed in the upper-section well mouth, and a limiting groove and a gear ring are arranged on the inner ring side of the fixed ring; a deflector rod is arranged on the inner ring side of the limiting ring, a plurality of supporting feet are fixed to the outer ring side of the limiting ring in a divergent mode, the supporting feet are inserted into the limiting grooves, a plurality of supporting columns are arranged on the lower end face of the limiting ring, all the supporting columns are arranged on the lower portion of the limiting ring in an annular array mode, and each supporting column is correspondingly provided with a blocking piece which can rotate around the corresponding supporting column; each separation blade is of a semicircular structure, an inner concave arc and an outer convex arc are arranged on the edge of each separation blade, the inner concave arc and the outer convex arc are equal in radius, each outer convex arc is an arc edge with the hinge point as the circle center, each arc edge is divided into two sections, one section is provided with outer convex teeth which are meshed with the gear ring, and the other section is inserted into the inner concave arc on the adjacent separation blade in a sliding mode.
