The invention discloses a monitoring and early-warning method, a monitoring instrument and a monitoring and early-warning system for the deformation condition of a dead zone of a deep foundation pit support structure, and the monitoring and early-warning method comprises the following steps: building a Mada model of the deep foundation pit support structure based on design requirements; performing stress analysis on the deep foundation pit enclosure structure, determining a monitoring key area of the enclosure structure, and selecting at least one monitoring point in the monitoring key area; monitors are installed between the reference datum of the deep foundation pit bottom sealing structure and all the monitoring points; correcting the monitoring key area and each monitoring point; position coordinates of the correction monitoring points before and after deformation and bending deformation data of the correction monitoring points are collected in real time; and based on the bending deformation data and an early warning threshold value pre-stored in the server, monitoring and early warning are carried out on bending deformation of the enclosure structure. The method has the beneficial effects that the monitoring key area and the position of each monitoring point of the enclosure structure can be determined, the bending deformation of the enclosure structure in the horizontal direction can be monitored in real time, and the risk in the construction process is reduced.
