The invention discloses a spiral dredging machine tool for environment-friendly dredging engineering. The spiral dredging machine tool comprises a bridge connecting pipe connected with a bridge, a structural frame, a fixed housing and a sludge suction pipe, an angle hydraulic cylinder hinged to the structural frame is installed at the front end of the bridge connecting pipe. A spiral reamer assembly is mounted below the fixed housing in the structural frame; the spiral reamer assembly comprises a transmission shaft, and a left-handed spiral blade and a right-handed spiral blade which are fixed on the transmission shaft, and further comprises a driving rotary supporting unit and a driven rotary supporting unit which are independently mounted at two ends of the transmission shaft and can be integrally disassembled along the axial direction of the transmission shaft; one end of the transmission shaft is connected with the driving rotary supporting unit through a flange, and the other end of the transmission shaft is connected with the driven rotary supporting unit through a flange. Through the stability improvement of the spiral reamer, the integral disassembly design of the driving and driven rotary supports and the modular connection of the spiral reamer assembly, the excellent sealing performance and stability, the efficient dredging performance and the flexible operation adaptability are achieved.
