Device and method for salvaging garbage deposited at river bottom of large hydropower station
The device comprises a machine body, a grabbing mechanism is arranged on one side of the machine body, the grabbing mechanism comprises a grab bucket, the grab bucket is arranged on one side of the machine body, and a second threaded shaft is arranged on one side of the machine body. By arranging the grabbing mechanism, in the heat treatment process of jack hydraulic transmission rod accessories, a first air cylinder drives a grab bucket to move, meanwhile, under the action of a first rotating shaft, the grab bucket can be driven to rotate, river bottom garbage can be collected and grabbed through the grab bucket, meanwhile, a limiting rod can enter the inner side of a limiting groove, and thus the heat treatment effect of the jack hydraulic transmission rod accessories is improved. The position between the two grab buckets is limited, and the situation that when river bottom garbage is fished and grabbed, the two grab buckets are prone to dislocation, then a gap is formed when the grab buckets are closed, and garbage in the grab buckets leaks and falls off is avoided.
本发明提供了一种大型水电站河底沉积垃圾打捞装置及方法,包括机体,所述机体一侧设置有抓取机构,所述抓取机构包括抓斗,所述抓斗设置在机体一侧,所述机体一侧设置有第二螺纹轴。本发明通过设置有抓取机构,在对千斤顶液压传动杆配件进行热处理的过程中,第一气缸带动抓斗进行移动,同时在第一转轴的作用下,可以带动抓斗进行旋转,利用抓斗进行可以对河底垃圾进行收集抓取,同时限位杆会进入限位槽内侧,对两个抓斗之间的位置进行限定,避免在对河底垃圾进行打捞抓取时,两个抓斗之间容易会发生错位,继而会导致抓斗闭合时出现缝隙,造成抓斗内部的垃圾会泄漏掉落。
