Air valve anti-freezing device
The invention provides an air valve anti-freezing device. The air valve anti-freezing device comprises a bypass connecting pipe and a hydraulic self-driven suction component. The hydraulic self-driven suction component is mounted on the main pipeline at the downstream of the air valve, the hydraulic self-driven suction component comprises a forward driving turbine assembly and a reverse driving turbine assembly which are coaxially arranged, the lower end of a volute of the forward driving turbine assembly is communicated with the main pipeline, and the lower end of a volute of the reverse driving turbine assembly is communicated with the main pipeline through a pipeline; one end of the bypass connecting pipe is communicated with the lower cavity of the air valve, and the other end is communicated with the upper end of the volute inner cavity of the reverse driving turbine assembly; liquid flowing in the main pipeline serves as a power source to drive the forward driving turbine assembly to rotate, the forward driving turbine assembly drives the reverse driving turbine assembly to rotate, a negative pressure cavity is formed, and liquid in an air valve cavity is sucked into the main pipeline through the bypass connecting pipe. The air valve is easy to implement, high in reliability, low in cost, good in protection effect and capable of thoroughly solving the icing problem of the air valve.
