Water resources are greatly wasted; and although an existing'zero cold water 'water heater achieves the effect that hot water is obtained immediately after the water heater is opened, the technical problem that energy loss is larger due to circulating heating of water in a pipeline is solved. Comprising a water storage tank, a bathroom water unit and a bathroom water outlet unit, a water outlet pipeline is arranged at a water outlet of the bathroom water outlet unit, the water outlet pipeline is connected with the water storage tank, and the water storage tank is connected with the bathroom water unit.
