The invention discloses a construction method of a fully-installed integrated local cast-in-place box house cluster building structure which comprises a prefabricated upper floor slab, a prefabricated lower floor slab and a door and window structure and is characterized by further comprising prefabricated vertical connecting components, a thin-wall structure inner layer, anchoring steel bars, a thin-wall structure outer layer, cast-in-place walls, cast-in-place reinforcing beams, connecting supporting rods and pull rods. The prefabricated vertical connecting component and the thin-wall structure inner layer are connected between the edge of the prefabricated upper floor slab and the edge of the prefabricated lower floor slab, so that the prefabricated vertical connecting component, the thin-wall structure inner layer, the prefabricated upper floor slab and the prefabricated lower floor slab jointly define a box type main body structure, and avoiding spaces for construction of cast-in-place reinforcing beams are reserved at the upper ends and the lower ends of the prefabricated vertical connecting component and the thin-wall structure inner layer. The problems that during construction of a traditional box type fabricated building, the construction efficiency is low, the quality of assembly joints is poor, and the structural stability is poor are solved.
本发明公开了一种全装一体化局部现浇筑箱房箱房集群建筑结构的施工方法,包括预制上楼板,预制下楼板,门窗结构,其特征在于,还包括:预制竖向连接构件,薄壁结构内层,锚固钢筋,薄壁结构外层,现浇筑墙体,现浇筑加固梁,连接撑杆和拉;所述预制竖向连接构件和薄壁结构内层连接于预制上楼板与预制下楼板边沿之间,以与预制上楼板、预制下楼板共同围合形成箱式主体结构,且所述预制竖向连接构件和薄壁结构内层的上下两端均预留出施工现浇筑加固梁的避让空间。本发明解决了传统箱式装配式建筑在施工时存在施工效率低、拼装节点质量差和结构稳定性差的问题。
