The invention relates to the technical field of building interior walls, in particular to a building energy-saving and noise-reducing interior wall which comprises a fixing frame, a sound insulation plate, a plurality of position adjusting frames and a plurality of reflection bowls. The sound insulation plate is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the fixing frame, and protection plates are arranged on the two sides of the sound insulation plate. A plurality of assembly holes are formed in the side wall of the sound insulation plate and penetrate through the sound insulation plate, a position adjusting frame is arranged in each assembly hole, the shapes of the two ends of each position adjusting frame are the same in the width direction of the sound insulation plate, and the position adjusting frames can slide along the side walls of the assembly holes and can slide from one side of the sound insulation plate to the other side of the sound insulation plate.
