The multifunctional sound-absorbing and noise-reducing fireproof plate comprises a fireproof plate body and a filling block body, the fireproof plate body comprises a plate body shell, a supporting layer is arranged in the middle of the plate body shell, and a sound insulation layer, a sound-absorbing layer and a fireproof layer are sequentially arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the supporting layer from inside to outside; and grooves are formed in the lower surface and the contact surface of the plate body shell. The fireproof plate main body is bonded and assembled, and the edges of the fireproof plate main body are filled with the filling block main body, so that the joints of the fireproof plate main body have sound insulation, sound absorption and fire prevention functions, and the sound absorption, noise reduction and fire prevention effects of the joints are enhanced.
