Self-resetting metal damper with built-in disc spring
The invention discloses a self-resetting metal damper with a built-in disc spring. The self-resetting metal damper comprises an external steel pipe, an internal steel pipe, a disc spring device, laminated rubber, a stiffening steel plate and an anchoring part. The lower end of the external steel pipe is connected with the damper lower connecting steel plate; upper and lower ends of the internal steel pipe are respectively connected with the damper bottom steel plate and the upper connecting steel plate; disc spring devices are arranged between the top steel plate and the first stiffening steel plate and between the second stiffening steel plate and the bottom steel plate in a sleeving manner; laminated rubber is arranged between the two stiffening steel plates; the anchoring part is formed by connecting an embedded steel plate and a damper connecting steel plate through high-strength bolts, and all the parts are independently machined and formed. Through reasonable connection design of all structural elements, the internal steel pipe and the external steel pipe of the damper bear external loads together, the disc spring device is always in a pressed state to provide restoring force, all the parts provide additional energy consumption in the elastoplastic deformation process, residual deformation and damage of structural components after an earthquake can be effectively reduced, and the service life of the damper is prolonged. Therefore, the recoverability of the function after the earthquake is improved.
