The invention discloses a heat preservation and waterproof integrated building roof and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building heat preservation and waterproofness, the heat preservation and waterproof integrated building roof comprises a roof base layer and a roof surface layer, a heat preservation layer, a bonding layer and a waterproof layer are sequentially arranged between the roof base layer and the roof surface layer, and glass fiber mesh cloth is arranged in the bonding layer; and elastic cushion layers are arranged between the heat preservation layer and the roof base layer and between the waterproof layer and the roof surface layer. The heat preservation layer and the waterproof layer are tightly combined through the bonding layer, and the glass fiber gridding cloth soaked with the resin is embedded, so that the bonding force and the tensile property between the layers are effectively enhanced. Meanwhile, elastic cushion layers are additionally arranged between the heat preservation layer and the roof base layer and between the waterproof layer and the roof surface layer so as to adapt to stress caused by temperature changes and avoid cracking and stripping phenomena, and therefore the heat preservation and waterproof performance of the building roof is greatly improved.
