The invention discloses an adjustable reserved hole template device which comprises four connecting pipes, four elastic buckles, a rotating shaft, a shaft sleeve and a connecting rod. The connecting pipe is L-shaped, the first end of the connecting pipe is an outer square pipe, and the second end of the connecting pipe is an inner square pipe; the four elastic buckles are respectively mounted in the inner square pipes of the four connecting pipes; a plurality of limiting holes are uniformly formed in one side wall of the outer square tube along a straight line, and the clamping block is clamped into one limiting hole; one part of the side wall of the shaft sleeve is connected with one end of the outer square tube, the first end of the connecting rod penetrates through the rotating groove and then is connected with the side wall of the rotating shaft, and the second end of the connecting rod is connected with one end of the inner square tube. The expansion device is adopted for supporting butt joint of formworks, the principle that an immediate triangle is more stable is utilized, the formwork device is more stable, and deformation is avoided; the outer square pipe and the inner square pipe of the connecting pipe are rotatably matched through the rotating shaft and the shaft sleeve, so that the formwork device can be matched with various special-shaped reserved holes.
本发明公开了一种可调式预留洞口模板装置,包括四个连接管、四个弹力卡扣、转轴、轴套、连杆;连接管形成为L型,连接管的第一端为外方管,第二端为内方管;四个弹力卡扣分别安装在四个连接管的内方管内;在外方管一侧壁上沿着一条直线均匀设置有多个限位孔,卡块卡入一个限位孔中;转轴可转动的安装在轴套内,轴套的侧壁一部分与外方管的一端连接,连杆的第一端穿过转动槽后与转轴侧壁连接,连杆的第二端与内方管的一端连接。本发明采用伸缩装置对模板的对接进行支撑,利用立刻三角形更加稳定的原理,使得模板装置更加稳定,避免变形;连接管的外方管和内方管之间通过转轴、轴套进行可转动配合,可以使模板装置适配各种异型的预留洞口。
