The invention relates to the field of building structures, and discloses an assembling construction method for a large steel structure roof, which comprises the following steps of: 1, assembling a secondary truss on the ground; 2, floor trusses are spliced; according to the method, the trusses are reasonably partitioned and spliced by adopting a method of splicing and then lifting the sub-trusses, and jig frame elevation control, linear control and welding deformation control are carried out on the small splicing units, so that high-precision and high-efficiency construction of large steel structure roof splicing is realized; and the connection error of various truss members in the splicing process is further reduced, and the mounting quality and precision of the steel structure roof truss are improved.
