A reserved column part of a stand column is constructed on a structural foundation; the steel rail is transported to the site, a steel rail temporary support is adopted to temporarily support the steel rail, the steel rail temporary support comprises a stirrup system and a steel rail bracket system, the steel rail bracket system is installed above the stirrup system, the stirrup system is supported on the construction ground, and the steel rail is supported on the steel rail bracket system; the position of the steel rail is adjusted through the steel rail temporary support till the design standard is met; when the steel rail is stably supported by the steel rail temporary support, the prefabricated column part of the stand column is installed below the steel rail, and the prefabricated column and the reserved column are spliced and fixed to form an integral stand column structure; and the steel rails are installed on the prefabricated columns. The method has the advantages that the position precision of the steel rail can be effectively ensured, and then the construction quality of inspection pit construction is improved; rapid construction of the inspection pit stand column is achieved, and the structural performance and installation precision of the stand column can be further guaranteed.
