The invention relates to a concrete embedded part positioning device and a construction method of a concrete embedded part. The positioning device comprises a supporting structure, an embedded structure, a positioning structure, a locking structure and a formwork structure. The embedded structure is arranged on the side portion of the supporting structure and connected with the supporting structure. The positioning structure is arranged on the outer side of the supporting structure and covers the embedded structure, and the middle of the positioning structure is detachably connected with the embedded structure; the locking structure is detachably connected with the embedded structure and used for fixing the relative position of the embedded structure and the positioning structure. The formwork structure is arranged around the supporting structure, abuts against the edge of the positioning structure and is used for formwork erecting and pouring. The embedded structure has the advantages that the first sliding unit and the abutting unit capable of sliding along with the second sliding unit are arranged on the bottom plate unit, so that the relative position of the embedded structure and the positioning structure can be fixed, and displacement of the embedded structure during concrete vibration is avoided; and meanwhile, the device can be suitable for embedded structures of different sizes, the application range is expanded, and the problem that in an existing concrete column, horizontal embedded parts are prone to deviation in the embedding process is solved.
