In-situ repair method for column core decay of wooden column of ancient building
The invention discloses an in-situ repair method for column core decay of a wooden column of an ancient building. The method comprises the following steps: S1, temporarily supporting all wooden beams connected with the wooden column with the decayed column core; s2, a plurality of temporary annular constraints are arranged in the height direction of the wooden column; s3, the damaged and rotten inner core part of the wooden column is removed, and the surface layer part of the wooden column is reserved; s4, saw timber, lime and tung oil are mixed and stirred in proportion to form a filling mixture; s5, the filling mixture is poured into the wooden column, and tamping and tamping are conducted; and S6, after the mixture is cured, the temporary support and the temporary circumferential constraint are removed. Compared with traditional repair methods such as heavy repair of a falling frame, overall replacement of wooden columns or modern pouring and brushing of chemical materials, the method is high in cost performance, time-saving and labor-saving, easy and efficient to operate, environmentally friendly and low in manufacturing cost, and the ancient building repair principle that old buildings are repaired as old buildings is really achieved.
