The invention discloses a noise isolation belt capable of moving in the construction process, and relates to the field of noise isolation belts, the noise isolation belt comprises baffles and a stand column, the baffles are connected to the two sides of the stand column, a sliding block capable of downwards extending out of the stand column is slidably connected into the stand column, and a supporting column is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the sliding block; the bottom end of the supporting column is rotationally connected with a moving wheel, the supporting column can also be connected into the stand column in a sliding mode, inclined chamfers are arranged on the same sides of the ends, close to each other, of the sliding block and the supporting column, a lifting rod groove is formed in the lower portion of the stand column, and a lifting rod capable of rotating towards the two sides is rotationally connected into the lifting rod groove. When the supporting columns are slidably connected to the interiors of the stand columns, the baffles can be conveniently moved and transferred to a noise source, and when the supporting columns slide away from the stand columns and then rotate relative to the sliding blocks, the supporting columns can serve as supporting legs to support the baffles, so that noise diffusion in a construction site is effectively avoided; and the position can be conveniently adjusted along with the movement of the noise source.
