The invention discloses a fabricated enclosing wall crossing a river and a construction method thereof.The enclosing wall comprises enclosing wall foundations buried in the two banks of the river and steel stand columns installed on the enclosing wall foundations, and the steel stand columns located on the two banks of the river are connected through a top steel cross beam and a bottom steel cross beam crossing the river; a plurality of standard assembly parts with first steel wire meshes are further arranged between the top steel cross beam and the bottom steel cross beam, so that an enclosing wall crossing a river ditch is formed; the bottom steel cross beam is further connected with suspended steel stand columns located in the river, the suspended steel stand columns are located on the two sides of the river and extend into the bottom of the river, the sides, close to each other, of the suspended steel stand columns are movably connected with flood discharge assemblies with second steel wire meshes, and the sides, close to each other, of the flood discharge assemblies are connected through switch locks. The hole pitch of the second steel wire mesh is larger than that of the first steel wire mesh. The problem that the fabricated enclosing wall crosses a river is effectively solved, the cost of the enclosing wall is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
