The invention relates to a sensorless self-balancing learning method and device for a lifting window and a storage medium. A first motor and a second motor simultaneously drive a movable window sash to move downwards until a first chain and a second chain are in an initialized state; the first motor rotates in the direction of driving the movable window sash to move upwards until the first motor load value exceeds the first motor critical value and the movable window sash is not pulled up to move upwards, and a first motor reference value is obtained; a second motor rotates in the direction of driving the movable window sash to move upwards until the load value of the second motor exceeds a second motor critical value and the movable window sash is not pulled up to move upwards, and a second motor reference value is obtained; and storing the first motor reference value and the second motor reference value. Under the condition of not depending on a traditional sensor, the first motor passes through the first motor reference value, the second motor passes through the second motor reference value, and self-balancing adjustment of the movable window sash can be achieved.
