The intelligent door comprises a plurality of door plates and door legs, door plate guide wheels are arranged on the two sides of the door plates, the door plates are located in the middle of a conveying mechanism, the conveying mechanism drives the door plates in a chain transmission mode, lifting mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the door plates correspondingly, door plate storage structures are arranged on the two sides of the tops of the door plates, and chain transmission is adopted. The chain runs and is fixedly connected with the lowermost door plate of the door plate, the lowermost door plate is driven by the chain to achieve upward running of all the door plates on the lowermost door plate, the pulling force needed by manual operation can be calculated according to the weight of the door plates, and when the door loses power, the door can be opened manually. By arranging a top pressing plate, a sealing structure and the like, the operation stability of the door plate is further improved, light irradiation is enhanced by inlaying light-transmitting glass, indoor lighting is improved, remote operation is achieved through an intelligent system, and more convenience is achieved.
本发明公开了一种顶部分段垂直提升智能门,包括若干数量门板、门腿,门板两侧设有门板导轮,门板位于传送机构中部,传送机构采用链传动的方式对门板驱动,门板上两侧分别设有提升机构,门板顶部两侧设有门板储藏结构,采用链条传动,链条运行和门板最底下一块门板连接固定好,最底下门板在链条的带动下,实现上面的全部门板向上运行,可根据门板重量计算手动所需拉力,当门失电时可以借助人工实现大门打开,通过在同步带轮上设置顶压板,避免导轮顶部脱离轨道,实现将导轮顺利导入轨道,通过设置顶压板,密封结构等,进一步增加门板运行的稳定性,通过镶嵌透光玻璃,增强光线照入,提高室内采光,通过智能化系统远程操作,更加便捷。
