The invention relates to a resistance-reducing jacking construction structure and method for a super-large-section box culvert underneath passing a highway. The structure comprises a sliding plate, and guide piers are arranged on the two sides of the sliding plate and used for guiding in the jacking process. And a back beam is arranged at one end of the sliding plate, is matched with a jacking pipe and a jack and is used for pushing the box culvert to jack. A broken stone hardcore is laid below the sliding plate, ground anchor beams are poured in the sliding plate, and structural stability is enhanced. Guide wheels capable of being transversely adjusted are arranged in the guide piers so as to adapt to box culverts with different widths. A multi-stage step surface is formed at the bottom of the end face of the box culvert and matched with multiple sets of jacks to achieve single-time long-distance jacking. A paraffin layer, a talcum powder layer and a plastic film are laid on the top face of the sliding plate to reduce jacking friction force. The top of the box culvert is provided with a resistance reduction steel plate, the bottom of the advancing end is provided with a reserved grouting channel, slurry is injected through the reserved grouting channel, and the jacking resistance is further reduced. Friction resistance in the jacking process can be effectively reduced, guiding precision is improved, and safety and high efficiency of construction are guaranteed.
