The invention discloses ceramic fiber-based concrete and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of concrete materials. The ceramic fiber-based concrete prepared by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1000 to 1200 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 500 to 800 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 200 to 300 parts of cement, 50 to 150 parts of composite zeolite powder, 100 to 150 parts of ceramic fiber, 50 to 100 parts of basalt fiber, 20 to 50 parts of boron fiber, 10 to 20 parts of butyl propanolamine, 10 to 18 parts of perfluorohexyl propyl silsesquioxane, 1 to 3 parts of a water reducing agent and 200 to 240 parts of water. And 30-40 parts of a composition of calcium aluminate, strontium aluminate and aluminum potassium sulfate. On the basis of preparing the recycled concrete from the recycled aggregate, materials such as a butyl propanolamine solution, composite zeolite powder, ceramic fibers, boron fibers and basalt fibers are added, the recycled aggregate is soaked with perfluorohexylpropyl silsesquioxane for modification pretreatment, the butyl propanolamine solution is added when the fibers are mixed, and the modified concrete is prepared. The impermeability and the mechanical property of the recycled concrete are improved.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷纤维基混凝土及其制备方法,涉及混凝土材料领域。本发明制备的陶瓷纤维基混凝土的原材料质量组分包括:再生粗骨料1000‑1200份、再生细骨料500‑800份、水泥200‑300份、复合沸石粉50‑150份、陶瓷纤维100‑150份、玄武岩纤维50‑100份、硼纤维20‑50份、丁丙醇胺10‑20份、全氟己基丙基倍半硅氧烷10‑18份、减水剂1‑3份、水200‑240份,铝酸钙、铝酸锶、硫酸铝钾的组合物30‑40份。本发明通过采用再生骨料制备再生混凝土的基础上,添加丁丙醇胺溶液、复合沸石粉、陶瓷纤维、硼纤维、玄武岩纤维等材料,使用全氟己基丙基倍半硅氧烷浸泡再生骨料进行改性预处理,混合纤维时加入丁丙醇胺溶液,提高再生混凝土的抗渗性能和力学性能。
