The invention discloses a telescopic bridge support quick anchoring device and method.The anchoring device is used for connecting a beam body and an upper support plate and comprises an anchoring sleeve, a core rod, an embedded plate, a nut, an adjusting bolt and a pressing mechanism; one end of the anchoring sleeve is open, the other end of the anchoring sleeve is closed, and a plurality of arc grooves are formed in the inner wall of the anchoring sleeve in the axial direction and distributed at equal intervals. The pre-embedded plate sleeves the outer circumference of the open end of the anchoring sleeve, is fixedly connected with the anchoring sleeve and is jointly pre-embedded in the beam body; external threads are arranged at one end of the core rod and used for being matched with a nut to press the upper support plate arranged on the core rod in a sleeving mode on the embedded plate; the other end of the core rod extends into the anchoring sleeve and is in sliding fit with the anchoring sleeve; the pressing mechanism is installed in the core rod, the adjusting bolt is axially installed in the core rod, the pressing mechanism stretches out or retracts in the radial direction by being matched with the adjusting bolt through an inclined face, the stretching-out head of the pressing mechanism is clamped with a groove in the inner wall of the anchoring sleeve to achieve locking, and the pressing mechanism retracts to achieve unlocking.
