The pre-bending equipment comprises a base, a bearing plate connected with a bottom plate of a prefabricated steel beam is arranged at the center of the base, clamping mechanisms connected with a web plate of the prefabricated steel beam are arranged on the two sides of the base, and a jacking mechanism connected with a top plate of the prefabricated steel beam is arranged above the base. The bearing plate is deformed into a convex arc-shaped structure or a concave arc-shaped structure through a lifting rod arranged at the bottom, and the jacking mechanisms are correspondingly arranged at the two ends of a convex arc or the center of a concave arc according to the shape of the bearing plate. The invention further discloses a construction method of the prestressed composite beam using the equipment, the construction procedures are simplified, safety and rapidness are achieved, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种预应力组合梁预弯设备,包括底座,所述底座中心处设置有与预制钢梁底板相连的承托板,底座两侧设置有与预制钢梁腹板相连的夹紧机构,底座上方设置有与预制钢梁顶板相连的顶压机构,所述承托板通过底部设置的升降杆变形成凸面弧形结构或者凹面弧形结构,所述顶压机构根据承托板的形状对应设置在凸面弧两端或者凹面弧中心。本发明同时还公开了一种使用上述设备的预应力组合梁的施工方法,简化了施工工序、安全快捷,大幅提高了施工效率。
