The invention provides an anti-collision warning sign for a telegraph pole and a production process of the anti-collision warning sign. The cross section of the telegraph pole anti-collision warning sign is in an arc shape, and the telegraph pole anti-collision warning sign comprises a transparent film, first EVA glue, a warning layer, second EVA glue, a bottom containing layer and EVA cotton which are sequentially stacked together. The warning layer comprises a reflective strip, a fluorescent strip, an LED lamp strip and a photovoltaic panel; the photovoltaic panel comprises a plurality of solar cells which are distributed in an array mode, and the adjacent solar cells are connected in series through aluminum strips. A containing cavity is formed in the EVA cotton, a control box is arranged in the containing cavity, and the control box is electrically connected with the LED lamp strip and the photovoltaic panel. The reflective strips in the warning layer can reflect light of a car lamp, the fluorescent strips can emit light at night, the built-in photovoltaic panel supplies energy to the LED lamp strip, the control box controls the LED lamp strip to flicker, multiple modes are combined, so that the anti-collision warning sign for the telegraph pole is more conspicuous and better in warning effect, and EVA cotton is arranged at the contact position of the anti-collision warning sign and the telegraph pole for buffering, so that the photovoltaic panel is not prone to damage.
