The invention relates to the technical field of precast pile foundations, solves the problem that the prior art is greatly influenced by the welding technology, and discloses a tubular pile end inside and outside post-grouting device which comprises a first connecting layer, a second connecting layer, a closed ring piece and a plurality of grouting pipes. The first connecting layer is connected with the pile end; the second connecting layer is connected with the pipe pile; the opposite ends of the first connecting layer and the second connecting layer are provided with a first butt joint column and a second butt joint column respectively. The first butt joint column is connected with the second butt joint column; the closed ring sheet is detachably connected with the first connecting layer and the second connecting layer; a pouring space is reserved between the inner wall of the closed ring piece and the outer walls of the second butt joint column and the first butt joint column. The multiple grouting pipes penetrate through the first connecting layer and the second connecting layer in the length direction of the pipe pile. The grouting pipe comprises a pipe body and a plurality of pipe joints; the plurality of pipe joints are coaxially arranged at intervals; the pipe body is a continuous pipeline and coaxially penetrates through the multiple pipe joints. The sealing performance of the pipe pile in the sinking process can be ensured, and the uncertainty of the welding technology is reduced.
