Through the arrangement of the anti-floating anchor body, the joint main body and the elastic protection ring, the elastic protection ring can block the crack of the joint main body through the elasticity of the elastic protection ring, so that the waterproof effect of the joint main body is enhanced, and the situation that the crack weakens the bearing capacity of the joint and influences the stability of the whole anti-floating anchor system is avoided; and the problem that the structure is settled or inclined is solved.
