External oil provides driving force for the hydraulic motor, the hydraulic motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate at a high speed, the eccentric shaft has huge centrifugal force under the driving of the hydraulic motor, and the centrifugal force of the eccentric shaft is transmitted to the rod body to enable the vibrating rod body to vibrate at a high frequency.
