The invention relates to a daylighting roof construction technology, in particular to a daylighting roof glass installation device which comprises a movable vehicle body part and an obliquely-arranged guide rail part, the rear portion of the guide rail part is installed on the movable vehicle body part, and the front portion of the guide rail part obliquely extends upwards; the winch is arranged on the movable vehicle body part, the glass suction cup part is arranged on the guide rail part, and a pull wire of the winch bypasses the front end of the guide rail part and then is connected with the glass suction cup part; the movable vehicle body part comprises a movable vehicle frame, walking wheels are installed on the lower portion of the movable vehicle frame, and left-right transverse movement and front-back movement can be achieved. The moving vehicle body part can meet the moving requirements of the whole device in the front-back direction and the left-right direction, so that the construction position can be conveniently changed; the glass suction cup part moves along the guide rail part under traction of the winch, glass can be conveyed to a mounting position according to a fixed route, the whole operation process is conducted stably and safely, labor is saved, and the construction efficiency can be effectively improved.
