When the precast beam is hoisted, the precast beam is placed on the upper-layer center top plate, coordinate data are input through the control host, and the control host controls the translation device and the leveling device to act jointly so that the precast beam can be horizontally aligned to the placing position, and the precast beam can be accurately placed into the precast beam.
