The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a pre-buried grouting pipe construction technology which comprises the steps that S1, after part of buildings are constructed, grouting pipes are installed at the positions, prone to leakage, of the buildings; a feeding hole of the grouting pipe is exposed to the outside; s3, leakage point positions of the two parts of buildings are detected; and S4, according to the leakage point of the building, slurry is introduced into the feeding opening of the grouting pipe corresponding to the leakage point. The construction process has the effects of improving the construction efficiency and reducing the construction cost.
