Fly ash doped cement clinker as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides fly ash doped cement clinker as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of solid waste treatment. The preparation method of the fly ash doped cement clinker provided by the invention comprises the following steps: (1) mixing limestone, converter slag, sandstone and fly ash, and grinding to obtain a cement raw material; (2) mixing the cement raw material obtained in the step (1) with pulverized coal and fly ash, and calcining to obtain fly ash doped cement clinker; the mass of the fly ash in the step (2) is 2-3% of the mass of the cement raw material. The fly ash and the cement raw material are mixed, form distribution of heavy metal in the fly ash and the cement raw material is changed through calcination, so that the heavy metal in the fly ash and the cement raw material is converted into a form which is not prone to being leached in the cement clinker, and the heavy metal in the fly ash and the cement raw material is obtained by adjusting the adding amount of the fly ash. Most heavy metals in the cement clinker exist in a form which is not easy to leach, and the mechanical properties are not influenced.
本发明提供了一种飞灰掺杂的水泥熟料及其制备方法和应用,属于固废处理领域。本发明提供的飞灰掺杂的水泥熟料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将石灰石、转炉渣、砂岩和粉煤灰混合后研磨,得到水泥生料;(2)将所述步骤(1)得到的水泥生料与煤粉和飞灰混合后煅烧,得到飞灰掺杂的水泥熟料;所述步骤(2)中飞灰的质量为水泥生料质量的2~3%。本发明将飞灰与水泥生料混合,通过煅烧改变飞灰和水泥生料中重金属的形态分布,使飞灰和水泥生料中的重金属在水泥熟料中转变为不容易被浸出的形态,通过调整飞灰的添加量,使水泥熟料中大部分重金属以不容易被浸出的形态存在,且不影响力学性能。
