The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing organic silicon slag, water and an alcohol amine grinding aid, and performing wet grinding to obtain organic silicon slag slurry; s2, magnesium slag and an alcohol amine grinding aid are mixed and subjected to dry grinding, and magnesium slag micro powder is obtained; s3, uniformly mixing the magnesium slag micro powder, the organic silicon slag slurry and water to obtain turbid liquid; s4, the recycled aggregate is soaked in water, surface impurities are removed through ultrasonic cleaning, then the recycled aggregate is taken out and soaked in the turbid liquid obtained in the step S3, stirring is conducted for 24-48 h at the speed of 100-300 r/h, natural drying is conducted after soaking is completed, and the organic silicon slag and magnesium slag composite reinforced recycled aggregate is obtained. According to the invention, comprehensive application of three solid wastes is realized, pollution of solid wastes to environments such as land, air and the like is reduced, a technical path for enhancing the recycled aggregate is provided, and good economic and social benefits are achieved.
