Method for preparing ultrahigh-toughness geopolymer-based composite material from Yellow River silt
The invention discloses a method for preparing an ultrahigh-toughness geopolymer-based composite material by using Yellow River silt, which comprises the following steps: 1) weighing analytically pure sodium hydroxide NaOH particles, dissolving in mixing water, cooling to room temperature, adding weighed water glass, uniformly stirring, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a water glass solution; 2) adding the Yellow River silt and fly ash into a cement mortar stirrer in proportion, and performing low-speed dry mixing; (3) pouring the water glass solution prepared in the step (1) into a stirring pot, and stirring at a high speed; (4) uniformly adding polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibers, and stirring at a high speed; and (5) pouring the mixed EGC slurry into a mold, vibrating, covering a polyethylene film, placing in a room, removing the mold after 24-26 hours, and performing standard curing to obtain the low-cost EGC. The Yellow River sediment is utilized in the EGC, a new way is provided for high-value utilization of the Yellow River sediment, the manufacturing cost of the EGC is reduced, and application of the EGC in actual engineering is promoted.
本发明公开了一种利用黄河泥沙制备超高韧性地聚物基复合材料的方法,1)称分析纯氢氧化钠NaOH颗粒溶于拌和水中并冷却至室温后,加入称量好的水玻璃,搅拌均匀后冷却至室温获得水玻璃溶液;2)将黄河泥沙和粉煤灰按比例加入水泥胶砂搅拌机,低速干拌;3)将步骤1)中制备的水玻璃溶液倒入搅拌锅中,高速搅拌;4)均匀加入聚乙烯醇PVA纤维,高速搅拌;5)将拌合好的EGC浆体倒入模具,振捣完成后覆聚乙烯膜并置于室内,24h‑26h后拆模,再进行标准养护后获得低成本EGC。本发明通过将黄河泥沙利用在EGC中,既为一种黄河泥沙的高值化利用提供了新途径,又降低了EGC的制作成本,促进EGC在实际工程中的应用。
