The invention relates to the field of engineering materials, in particular to a preparation method of an industrial solid waste cement-based shield synchronous grouting material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-200 parts of cement, 300-350 parts of fly ash, 25-50 parts of silica fume, 25-50 parts of blast furnace slag micropowder, 56.3 parts of bentonite, 714.3 parts of fine sand, 1 part of a water reducing agent and 375 parts of water. The method comprises the following steps: weighing cement, fly ash, silica fume, blast furnace slag micro powder, bentonite, fine river sand, a water reducing agent and water, and then putting the materials into a stirrer to be uniformly stirred. Aiming at various performance requirements of the slurry, a mathematical regression equation and an expectation function are constructed to accurately proportion slurry materials. The prepared material is low in economic cost, has the advantages of being green, environmentally friendly and excellent in performance and is good in practical application value, and the provided slurry preparation method is high in precision and good in reliability.
