Thermal shock resistant and wear resistant castable and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a thermal shock resistant and wear resistant castable and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of unshaped refractory materials. The thermal-shock-resistant and wear-resistant castable is prepared by adding water into a mixture, uniformly stirring and then curing, the mixture comprises a matrix material and aggregate, and the matrix material comprises silicon dioxide micro powder, mullite particles, silicon carbide powder and modified steel fibers; the modified steel fibers are prepared by treating steel fibers with zinc sulfate and then coating the surfaces of the steel fibers with micro-nano flaky zinc phosphate with polydopamine; the aggregate comprises gypsum, aluminum micro powder, silicon micro powder, aluminate cement, sodium hexametaphosphate and a self-made water reducing agent; the self-made water reducing agent is modified polyurethane, the modified polyurethane is prepared by performing polycondensation on dimethylolbutyric acid, a hydroxyl monomer of polyethylene glycol ether and an isocyanate monomer to form long-chain polyurethane, and then cross-linking the long-chain polyurethane with hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polyester, so that the breaking strength is enhanced.
