The invention discloses a repairing agent and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of repairing materials. The repairing agent comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of epoxy resin and 40-50 parts of an epoxy resin curing agent; and the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of polyurea, 10-15 parts of a polyurea curing agent, 2-5 parts of barium sulfate and 2-5 parts of a stabilizer. In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the repairing agent, which comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the epoxy resin and the epoxy resin curing agent to obtain a component A; mixing and stirring polyurea, a polyurea curing agent, barium sulfate and a stabilizer to obtain a component B; and mixing and stirring the component A and the component B to obtain the repairing agent. In addition, the invention also provides an application of the repairing agent or the repairing agent prepared by the preparation method in repairing ceramic tiles. The repairing agent can be used for repairing the hollow tiling.
本发明公开一种修复剂及其制备方法和应用，属于修复材料技术领域。该修复剂，包括A组分和B组分；其中A组分的原料包括50‑60份环氧树脂和40‑50份环氧树脂固化剂；所述B组分的原料按照重量份数计算，包括40‑50份聚脲、10‑15份聚脲固化剂、2‑5份硫酸钡和2‑5份稳定剂。此外，本发明还提出一种上述修复剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：将环氧树脂和环氧树脂固化剂混合搅拌得到组分A；将聚脲、聚脲固化剂、硫酸钡和稳定剂混合搅拌得到组分B；将组分A和组分B混合搅拌得到所述修复剂。此外，本发明还提出一种上述修复剂或者上述所述制备方法制得的修复剂在修复瓷砖中的应用。该修复剂能够修复空鼓的贴砖。
