The invention discloses a high-speed railway track control network smoothness evaluation method which is used for evaluating smoothness of a plane network and an elevation network. The evaluation method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out gross error detection analysis on observation data of the track control network, and removing gross error observation values; s2, carrying out stability diagnosis analysis on the reference point of the track control network, and correcting the identified coordinate or elevation of the unstable reference point; s3, performing quasi-stable adjustment processing by adopting the observation data after the gross error is removed and the reference data after the instability reference point is corrected; s4, calculating the center line projection mileage and the tangent azimuth angle of the control point; s5, calculating the deviation of the submitted result of the measurement unit relative to the quasi-stable adjustment result; s6, adopting a linear interpolation method to obtain a deviation sequence sorted according to mileage; and S7, calculating an irregularity value, and evaluating the smoothness of the plane network or the elevation network according to the irregularity value. The method can accurately and effectively evaluate the quality of the measurement result of the high-speed railway track control network submitted by a measurement unit so as to ensure the high smoothness of the track control network.
