According to the construction method, the problem of soil arching effect of vertical soil pressure and lateral soil pressure at the top of the culvert on the roadbed is considered and improved, so that the safety of the high-fill culvert roadbed is ensured, and the culvert and culvert roadbed reinforcement and maintenance cost is saved.
