The invention relates to a bridge floor wet joint construction method. An improved hinge joint is pretreated after construction preparation; supporting structures are constructed on the two sides of the hinge joint, and one-time construction is completed; a compact material and a fiber reinforced material are compounded to prepare concrete, the concrete is poured at the hinge joint, and secondary construction is completed; and maintaining the wet joint to finish the construction. The compact material and the fiber reinforced material are compounded to prepare the concrete, so that the concrete has higher compressive strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus and better durability, vibration is not needed during pouring, a joint interface is fully filled, and the bonding performance of the interface is improved; welding of hogging moment prestressing tendons and steel bars of a traditional wet joint structure is omitted, construction is convenient and fast, and the construction efficiency is high; the bridge body and the concrete material are mutually connected by adopting the supporting structure, so that the connectivity and the strength of the whole bridge floor are improved; steel bar welding is omitted, construction efficiency is improved, labor cost in the construction process is reduced, good economic benefits are achieved, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
本发明涉及一种桥面湿接缝施工方法,施工准备后对改进的铰缝预处理;在铰缝的两侧构建支撑结构,完成一次施工;以致密材料与纤维增强材料复合配置混凝土,以混凝土浇筑于铰缝处,完成二次施工;湿接缝养护,完成施工。本发明采用致密材料与纤维增强材料复合配置混凝土,具有更高的抗压强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量,耐久性更好,浇筑时无需振捣,充分填充接缝界面,增加界面的粘结性能;取消传统湿接缝构造负弯矩预应力束和钢筋的焊接,施工便捷,施工效率高;采用支撑结构对桥体和混凝土材料进行互相连接,增加整体桥面的连接性和强度;取消钢筋焊接,提高施工效率,降低施工过程人工成本,具有良好的经济效益,降低安全隐患。
