The invention relates to the technical field of river channel bank protection, and discloses a river channel crossing pipeline bank protection structure which comprises a retaining wall, pile foundations and a protection assembly, the top face of a retaining wall bottom plate is the same as the river channel bottom elevation, the retaining wall is adjacent to a bank protection, a retaining wall top plate is higher than the river channel normal water level, and the multiple pile foundations are arranged at the bottom of the retaining wall and located on the two sides of a pipeline. The pile foundations at the bottom of the retaining wall are arranged on the two sides, the pipeline protection range is reserved, pipeline moving is not needed, the protection assembly is arranged on the side, facing the riverway, of the bottom of the retaining wall, water flow in the riverway can be prevented from scouring the toe of the retaining wall, and the retaining wall can be used for protecting the riverway. And meanwhile, aquatic plants can be planted in the protection assemblies, so that the ecological property of the river channel is improved.
