The invention discloses a three-cable type photovoltaic pile foundation positioning device which comprises a positioning frame and an auxiliary assembly, an auxiliary rod is installed on the front side of the lower end of the positioning frame, the auxiliary assembly used for assisting in positioning of the soil inlet end of a photovoltaic pile foundation is arranged in the auxiliary rod, and the auxiliary assembly comprises a movable groove, a first hydraulic rod, a movable frame, a second hydraulic rod and an auxiliary frame. A first hydraulic rod is arranged in the movable groove, a movable frame is installed at the output end of the first hydraulic rod, a second hydraulic rod is installed on the side edge of the movable frame, and an auxiliary frame is installed at the output end of the second hydraulic rod. According to the three-cable type photovoltaic pile foundation positioning device, an auxiliary rod is matched with an auxiliary assembly to further position a photovoltaic pile foundation when the device is close to the pile driving position ground, the pile driving precision is improved, a first hydraulic rod drives a movable frame to move through a movable groove, and the position of an auxiliary frame is correspondingly adjusted; the auxiliary frame plays a role in auxiliary positioning at the end of the pile foundation.
