The invention discloses a deep foundation pit excavation method which comprises the following steps: S1, inputting conditions before deep foundation pit excavation based on a convenient CAD (Computer Aided Design) graphic input form to obtain a geometric graphic model; s2, automatically generating a three-dimensional foundation pit building model by the input geometric figure model through PLAXIS; s3, the generated foundation pit building model is analyzed according to a finite element model of PLAXIS, and a deformation result of the deep foundation pit excavation process is obtained through simulation; and S4, excavation of the deep foundation pit is achieved through the obtained three-dimensional foundation pit building model and the simulated deformation result of the deep foundation pit excavation process. According to the method, the influence result of each construction stage of foundation pit excavation on the foundation pit supporting structure, the surrounding soil body and the adjacent tunnel station is predicted and analyzed through the finite element model, and the construction efficiency is improved.
